The New Year's Dinner depends on the active participation of S-kimos members and can only run if a minimum of 16 people Agree to Purchase Tickets and bring a bottle of Champagne. If there are insufficient responses, the event will have to be cancelled.

When you "Agree to Bring a Bottle of Champagne", you are reserving a place and are responsible for full payment whether or not you attend, because the food/wine must be purchased. You may resell your ticket - but please tell me the name of the recipient.
